Web apps & portals
We’ve created web applications for our customers which can be used by their customers, external employees and their internal Gold-Vision CRM users.
Typically these applications are used to show or update data from outside of the CRM itself. For example:
- Customer portals recording and updating site visits
- Dealer portals allowing non-head office employees specific rights to view and enter data
- Event management portals which segment access to user groups (such as assessors and trainers), for assessment and certification process
