If your system needs are straightforward then there is also a full Help Site resource and knowledge base for you to move ahead independently.

Standard

Our Standard support package includes access to our online Help Site and Customer Portal, along with email, phone and LiveChat support. All customers have automatic access to all upgrades and releases.

You’ll also get access to our Webinar Training programme and enjoy personal account management from our expert team.

Enhanced options

In addition to standard support, we offer a range of additional services including support for premium or custom integrations, enhanced account management, advanced support for workflow and API assistance from our technical team. You can also choose one of our Expert service packs which include advanced assistance with our team to enable you to optimise your Gold-Vision setup plus other options including data & training assistance.

Special projects

If we’re doing a deep integration or some heavily customised work for you, it’s likely you’ll want to upgrade to Special Projects support. Here you’ll be supported by a dedicated team that knows the detailed workings of your system and business processes.
